AIPL Riviera offers both. The 3 BHK residences are designed around lake views, natural light, and wrap-around decks. The 4 BHK floor plates are larger and planned for families who want dedicated spaces for work, leisure, or an additional bedroom without giving up openness. Floor plans are available on request.
